Our products undergo quality checks before making them available for sale. We are committed to providing quality products that are free from defects.
In the event you have product concerns, either replacement of the similar product or exchange item with the same amount, may be reasonably allowed with the following conditions.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Send original proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs for returning and sending the item will be shouldered by the buyer.
Order modification is allowed only for either change in color or size of the same item within 24 hours after the order confirmation.
Cancellation of order is not allowed.
